YOUR PEACE OF MIND
Stress can cause many unpleasant side effects both physical and emotional, and holds us back from being the best we can. Often the emotional stress from not reaching our goals becomes a roadblock. Clearing away the loose ends and finalizing unfinished business, confrontations, projects, or tasks, helps open up the pathway to even greater accomplishment.
ACT will guide you on how to be more efficient in managing your time, how to set obtainable goals and how to see them through to completion. Structure, organization and accountability provided in the program, is life changing. All it takes is willingness and desire to make a change.
THE PROGRAM
A.C.T. with Rev. Duane Combs is a simple to maintain system of goal planning and follow-up that anyone can benefit from. With the exception of the initial visit all life coaching sessions are done by telephone with flexible hours scheduled in advance, to work around your schedule. Do something positive for you this year by making your dreams and goals a reality!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
NOTHING! Pay for this service with no “out of pocket” by volunteering at the church! Because of our strong and ongoing commitment to help others be the best they can be, and to make it affordable for everyone, we want to offer this program FREE OF CHARGE. In return, we ask for your help in making this possible by volunteering at our church. Volunteering may be for any event, activity, or church related task and will be considered payment for A.C.T. services led by Rev Duane Combs.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
Every hour you receive of life coaching services equals 2 hours of volunteering. Individuals ARE NOT required to be members of Christ Community UMC. in order to participate. This program is open to the public.
